We present here few documents that were found bundled in the remnants of the archives of the Western German Sozialistischer Deutscher Studentenbund (SDS - Socialist German Student League) without any further files or documents relating to it, as to our current knowledge.
While the two leaflets (see 2nd Nov. 1960) are personally signed by Hamza Alavi also the journal 'Pakistan Today' seems to be mainly written by himself with only few contributions by others.
Oktober 1959:
In London Hamza A. Alavi publishes no. 5 of the second volume of 'Pakistan Today' - News & Views (see June 1960) with an editorial article on the anniversary of the coup d'etat.
Other articles are:
- "Consolidated Press Laws for Pakistan";
- "Budget, Equity and Progress";
- "Summary of Tax Changes";
- "Foreign Aid and the Budget";
- "The President";
- "Appendix I Source of Finance";
- "Appendix II Income and Super Tax Rates"; and

Juni 1960:
In London Hamza Alavi publishes no. 1/2 of the third volume of 'Pakistan Today' (see Oct. 1959) dated on summer, as a special edition under the title "Democracy and the Generals".
Articles are:
- "On Democracy in Pakistan", by Chaudhry Mohamad Ali;
- Democracy and the Generals", a background to the recent political developments";
- "Voices for Democracy";
- "The Basic Democracies", the basis of the new constitutional structure for Pakistan;
- "New Police Law for the Countryside";
- "The Struggle for Civil Liberties";
- "Editors Criticise the Press Laws";
- "The Farce of E.B.D.O.", the pattern of political discrimination and favours";
- "I and You", a poem by Mohammed Iqbal; and
- "Land Reform in West Pakistan", on its results.

H. A. A., which stands for Hamza A. Alavi, probably in London, publishes two leaflets: "Pakistan and Foreign Aid" and "Some Data About Pakistan".
